When switching between jump clones, there is exactly one valid mechanical process to follow: leave ship, pause skill queue, jump, resume skill queue if it was previously running.
This process is so mechanical that it could easily be automated. There is only one decision point, which isn't even a decision point so much as a state restoration.

When inventing from a BPC, the BPC and supporting materials have to be inside a laboratory's corporate hangar. When selecting to invent from that BPC, it would be nice if the actual laboratory could be pre-selected in the installation selection window. I have many facilities available in my particular location, it's painful to have to select the facility after I have had to warp to it, open it up and dump stuff in its hangar.

I'd happily give up cargo space to improve mining laser cycle times. Not just to reduce boredom, but to reduce time wasted mining part of a cycle's worth of ore, without having to survey every rock and count cycles.

When I right-click on a BPC that is in a lab hangar to do invention, I would like that lab to be preselected in the "select a facility" window. |

When the target I'm looking at explodes, please leave the camera distance the same, rather than snapping back to minimum range. I have the camera distance set to "way the heck out there" for a reason (my graphics card can't handle looking at ships close up).

Ability to share the mission space bookmark with fleet, so we don't have to continually promote squad members to fleet commander for fleet warps.

When my connection is lost, I'd like to be able to quit EVE immediately, rather than "Quit Game" causing the application wait for a couple of minutes, then complain that the connection to the server was lost, with the option of restarting EVE or quitting the game.
